Contrast allows humans to experience the world in a clearer and more vibrant way. Watershed Hotel, a concept project developed as part of my Master’s Thesis, was developed with the intention for humans to experience the sublime in the unruly beauty of the natural environment. The mission of Watershed Hotel is to create a vantage point from which guests can experience the rugged conditions of the Oregon Coast, deepening their connection to the natural world and themselves.
